A Path to Passion for Business Communication

Childhood and Discovery**

Allow me to introduce myself; I’m Oscar Fernández Conde, and today I want to share my journey towards a passion for business communication. The truth is that discovering this passion was not an easy path.

In my school years, I felt trapped in the traditional approach to education. I was bored with the rigidity of sitting at a desk, without the freedom to talk to others or express my creativity through art and painting.

My disinterest and lack of focus were reflected in my grades, and the most frequently repeated phrase by my teachers in my report cards was, “Can do more, lacks focus. We should have a meeting with the parents.”

The Challenge of Finding My Purpose

These meetings with my parents were always the same: “Oscar can do much more, but he needs to focus, make an effort, work harder…” And the list of expectations continued. At that time, I felt resentment toward my parents for not defending me, for not knowing how to help me.

However, over time and many tears, I understood that they were doing it with all the love in the world, hoping that I could achieve what they hadn’t. I realized that I had adopted the label of a “lazy child” who didn’t shine. But something changed when I decided to study graphic design.

Discovering Passion

The world of graphic design allowed me to unleash my creativity, paint in class, share ideas with others, and connect in a way I had never experienced before. It was then that I understood two fundamental things: my parents were happy because I was passing, but I could actually do much more.

Here I found the key: to give more, I needed to be passionate about what I was doing.

A Path of Learning

From that moment on, I embarked on an exciting learning journey. I studied and trained in various disciplines, attended countless courses and trainings. I learned from great advertisers, magicians, filmmakers, and personal growth experts. I discovered the importance of passion and enthusiasm in education. When we train in something we are truly passionate about and have enthusiastic teachers or trainers from the start, everything changes.

Transforming Business Communication

Today, I enjoy performing magic acts that delight both children and adults, allowing them to return to the innocence of childhood for a moment. But what excites me the most is providing training to businesses. Every experience is unique, and I’m excited to share stories and dynamics that create an impact. Observing how people discover small details that make their eyes sparkle and laughing with them is something that fills my heart.

The Power of Transformational Communication

I’m convinced that business communication can be transformational. When we communicate with passion, barriers fade, and people connect deeply. I’ve learned that training is not just for acquiring knowledge, but for taking action, for getting closer every minute to the person we want to become. The key is to take that leap of faith, like Indiana Jones in “The Last Crusade,” trusting in ourselves and overcoming fear.

Today, I appreciate every moment of my life and understand that things happen for a reason, to teach us something valuable. I firmly believe in working every day to be a better person and, in turn, make others happy.
